BREAKING!!! NUC DROPS LAST WARNING – IF YOU ARE STUDYING ANY OF THIS COURSES IN NIGERIAN UNIVERSITIES, YOU ARE NOT IN SCHOOL (SEE LIST)

mercy%2Bjohnson
List of courses that have not been accredited in Nigerian universities have been released – A certificate issued for those courses will be considered void

– The university of Abuja has the highest number of unaccredited courses The National Universities Commission (NUC) has released a list of some courses that have not been accredited.
The unaccredited courses pose serious danger to students who study them as the certificates issued by these universities for the courses will not be officially recognised.
Premium Times reports that 2016 accreditation status report indicated that these unaccredited courses were taught in 37 out of 143 universities in the country. The Quality Assurance Department of the NUC is in charge of accrediting courses in the universities.
The NUC insists that for a course to be accredited, it must meet the Benchmark Minimum Academic Standards (BMAS) that has been stipulated by the commission. Some of the requirements include: “qualified faculty members, good learning environment and adequate teaching materials – equipment, books and journals”.
According to the NUC, accreditation is necessary to ensure “employers and other members of the community that Nigerian graduates of all academic programmes have attained an acceptable level of competency in their areas of specialization.” It also says it is also important to certify courses to assure “the international community that the programmes offered in Nigerian Universities are of high standards and that graduates of the institutions are adequate for employment and further studies.”
According to the commission, the pre-accreditation process include “drawing up a list of academic programmes to be certified, compilation of list of panel chairmen/members, time-tabling, budgeting and organizing the accreditation coordination meeting for panel chairmen and members in a simulation workshop.”
The post-accreditation activities include “analyzing accreditation reports (technical and administrative), ranking of programmes and universities based on their accreditation status, publishing of accreditation status of programmes, issuance of certificates to programmes that earned Full and Interim accreditation results.”
According to Premium Times, 13 federal universities, 16 state universities and eight private universities were running courses that had not been accredited. Some of the high profile institutions include University of Nigeria, Nsukka; University of Benin, University of Jos, University of Calabar. The biggest casualty seems to be the University of Abuja which has 15 of its courses, including Law, unaccredited. BREAKING!!! US GOVERNMENT RELEASES LIST OF 20 STATES IN NIGERIA THAT ARE UNSAFE –WHAT FG DID NEXT WILL SHOCK YOU

The Federal Government yesterday faulted recent claims by the US government that at least 20 states in the federation were not safe for its citizens.
The American government had in its recent travel advisory, cautioned its citizens not to travel to any of the 20 states, citing armed robbery, kidnapping and terrorism, among others, as reasons for the advice.
But Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, who dismissed the US government’s claim when he received a delegation from the Association of Tourism Practitioners of Nigeria in Abuja, said every state in the country was safe. He said the advisory published by the U.S. Embassy was incorrect, urging the media to desist from propagating negative reports about the country.
Mohammed said such practice would discourage investors and was counter-productive to the country’s tourism growth. He said: “We are in Nigeria. How can we believe the claim that 20 states in Nigeria are not safe. That is not correct. There is no state in Nigeria that is not safe today,” the minister said.
“Is there any week they are not killing people in the U.S., by either shooting in schools or driveways or people committing suicide or mass bombing? How many of these stories do their media celebrate?
‘’If they want to tell their people not to come to Nigeria, it is not for us to help them propagate it,” he said. The minister urged the media and members of the association to complement efforts of government to reposition the tourism sector, pointing out that tourism was driven by perception, rather than reality, while every Nigerian must invest in perception management for the country.
Mohammed, who also urged leaders in the public and private sectors to help promote local tourism by spending their vacations and holidays at tourist sites within the country, said the ministry would soon embark on visitation of major tourism sites in the country to assess their potentialities for development.
National President of the association, Kabir Malan, who led the delegation, commended the minister for his efforts at repositioning the tourism sector. He called for the review and implementation of the Tourism National Plan as well as the enactment of laws that would guide the operation of tourism practitioners. Mr. Malan also urged the government to encourage investors to set up tourist camps across the country and make loans accessible to them.

BIAFRA BOMBSHELL!!! IPOB LEADER, NNAMDI KANU DROPS STRONG MESSAGE TO MEND OVER NEGOTIATION DEAL WITH BUHARI – (FULL DETAILS)

mercy%2Bjohnson

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Nnamdi Kanu, has reacted to a statement recenc recited to the Movement for the Emancipation of the
Niger Delta (MEND), about an ongoing negotiation for his contributional release from prison, if he renounces Biafra.
IPOB, in a statement, said: “For the avoidance of doubt, Nnamdi Kanu never consented to any agreement nor did he at any time meet with MEND and their “Achitophel Team (Not Aaron).”
It is understandable that MEND and their Ahithophel Team are scavenging for relevance from their moribund status but they should not use the sacred name of IPOB or its leader as a means of survival. .
MEND and their Ahithophel Team can conveniently carry out their “Operation Absalom (Not Moses)” without dragging the name of IPOB and Nnamdi Kanu into those shenanigans.
On the other hand, IPOB and their leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu are in full support of any group of dedicated and hardcore freedom fighters such as the Niger Delta Avengers (NDA).
We have stated unequivocally and without any fear of contradiction that we are fully in support of the NDA as they embark on freeing themselves from the British criminality called Nigeria, a contraption led by a man who committed treason on December 31, 1983.
The restoration of the nation of Biafra is not subject to negotiation. If there should be any form of negotiation at all, it must be centered on asset sharing between Nigeria and Biafra and on the payment of reparations for money stolen from Biafrans by Nigeria through the 1970 twenty pounds deal and other subsequent acts of thievery by Nigeria against Biafrans.
We want to make it categorically clear that MEND and their Achitophel Team are strictly on their own and do not in any way, shape or form represent IPOB or the leader of IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. When we say “Biafra or Death”, we meant every syllable of that phrase.”

IS GOD GREAT? FOUND CHIBOK GIRL DENOUNCES ISLAM – THE REASON WILL SHOCK YOU

mercy%2Bjohnson

Binta Ali, the mother of the rescued from the Boko Haram captivity Chibok girls Amina Ali, has revealed that her daughter wants to convert back to
Christianity.
Speaking with the Reuters the woman said that she was worried that Amina was being pressured into following Islam, having been forced to convert from Christianity to Islam by Boko Haram militants during her captivity.
“Amina herself does not want to remain a Muslim,” she said, adding that an Islamic teacher had visited the house several times and told her daughter to keep her new faith.
“She did not want to see him,” Binta said, continuing that the teacher had stopped visiting after she protested against him. “Before she was kidnapped, she wanted to further her education. But now she is afraid of schooling, and she wants to be close to me at home,” she added. Amina’s mother further disclosed that the girl wants a sewing machine so that she can start a business making clothes.
Amina also narrated her mother how some of the abducted girls had died in captivity, though others suffered broken legs or went deaf after being too close to bomb blasts. But she promised her mother not to break the news to the families in Chibok. “Other parents have been coming to visit me since I returned,” Binta said.
“But I have not told them anything, even though I know some of those whose daughters have died.” “She used to be very afraid,” the mother added, explaining how Amina would talk to herself during the night prior to her kidnap. “But now she sleeps soundly. She is no longer afraid.”
Amina was rescued few days to President Muhammadu Buharri’s one year in office. The girl was found with a baby by an army-backed vigilante group in the Sambisa Forest, close to the border with Cameroon.
She was one of 219 pupils missing since being kidnapped from a secondary school in the town of Chibok in April 2014. Rescued girl has met with President Buhari at his villa in Abuja.

Cool Down! Here are 8 Sweet Things to Do After S*x…No. 4 Will Blow Your Mind

mercy%2Bjohnson

There are plenty of things to do after s*x besides just going to sleep. Guys, if you are grasping at straws on things to do after s*x, I’ve got your guide right here! We’re going to explore all kinds of different things do to after s*x to make you connect with your partner that much more!
1. Cuddle
This is actually a standard right? Cuddling and spooning after sex is one of the biggest ways to let your woman or even your man to know that you love them and that you two are better connected now. It’s much better than just simply turning over and falling asleep right?
2. Talk
One of the biggest things to do after sex is talk. You don’t have to talk about the s*x, heck, you don’t even have to talk about anything really, just speaking to each other can rekindle the flame and even improve your communication. Why not talk about some of the fantasies that you might have or even talk about your future. It’s a great time to bring up important – but still light-hearted topics!
3. Reconnect
Reconnecting can happen in any number of ways. It can happen through talking, through touching and even just through cuddling, but the reconnecting that I am talking about is just laying there, staring at one another, maybe whispering little secrets or sharing confessions. This is the time that intimacy is at it’s highest!
4. Touch One Another
When you’re having s*x, you are obviously touching, but one of the things to do after s*x could be just small, subtle teasing little touches. A light touch to your man’s arm, a touch to his hand, a touch through his hair. It’ll all awaken the senses again and who knows where that can lead you!

5. Discuss Future Plans
Talking is a big part of reconnecting and after s*x, you want to make sure that you are reconnecting with your partner. Discussing things like your future is super important! Maybe you could talk about your hopes and dreams and what you think you might want to do in the future.
6. Bask In The Afterglow
After you have s*x, there is just a feeling and an afterglow that you can bask in. It’s one of the most wonderful feelings in the entire world right? Why not just bask in that feeling? Talk about it a little, look deep into each others eyes – trust me, it’s a great way to reconnect and an awesome thing to do after sex!
7. Laugh
Sex doesn’t have to be all serious, in fact, you can actually have a bit of fun with it. After or even during s*x, why not have a good old laugh? You can tell secrets and jokes and even talk about some of the things that you did. Laugh it all off! It’ll make you closer and feel better about not being so serious!
8. Eat In Bed
S*x is a work out right? You burn a heck of a lot of calories and one way to replenish your body’s energy is to eat! So why not fix yourself a meal and eat it with your partner after s*x!
Ladies, s*x is supposed to be fun and should be a way for your partner and you to really connect and be close to one another.

JUST IN: Ijaw Militants in Lagos Creeks Cry Out: We're Ready To Surrender

Niger%2BDelta%2B3
Just few days after Ijaw Youth Council claimed that the guys attacking, looting communities in parts of Lagos and Ogun states were not from Ijaw, some revelations are beginning to play out.

Militants and pipeline vandals within Arepo have indicated their commitment to surrender their arms to the Federal Government.

Leader of the Ijaw militant group - Forest Soldiers and Adaka Boro Last Born - General Agbala, told The Sun in a private telephone interview that they are agitators and not criminals.

The Army, Air Force and the Navy, have been giving them the heat through aerial bombardment to rid the Arepo area of criminal elements.

The operation which also involve the Police, the Department of State Services (DSS) and the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), has recorded substantial success.

The militants leader, Agbala who spoke partly in pidgin English in the wake of the bombardment of the areas, said he has been doing his best to rid the area of criminal elements, saying that kidnapping has never been in his line. He said a visit to Ogun State would reveal that he had in the past handed over a man named Ototo to the police, Bishibishi and other boys.

Agbala said, “something like kidnapping, armed robbery, I am not involved. But na some bad people dey spoil my name up and down. Na im make me dey vex.”

Speaking on their interaction with the government delegation that visited their camps, Agbala said the visit took place last year and he was the one who received the officials.

Agbala said they told the government delegation that they had no problem with anyone, even as he stated that they had since been waiting for the implementation of the negotiation before the ongoing crisis started.

On how to end the pipeline vandalism, Agbala said the government delegation requested they stop vandalizing pipelines so that they would be given contract to secure the pipelines, some would be sent to school, while others would engage in vocational training.

Asked to distinguish between vandals and militants, particularly where his group belong to, Agbala said even though they are in Ogun and Lagos states, they are of Ijaw origin.

Corroborating Agbala’s submission, the General Secretary of Forest Soldiers and Adaka Boro Last Born, Honourable Omomoh, said they have always been assisting government in ridding the areas of criminal elements, saying they made some arrests in the past which the State Anti Robbery Squad (SARS) in Ogun State can testify to.

“We are still waiting for them. We are always loyal to the government, but the casualties recorded are too high,” Omomoh declared.

Meanwhile, the Joint Force, Operation Delta Safe (ODS), has allayed the fears of people in the Niger Delta region over any possible break of law and order.

The Commander of the ODS, Rear Admiral Joseph Okojie who spoke in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State vowed that the military would not abdicate its responsibilities to protect the territorial integrity, lives and property in the region.

While dismissing threats by those he stated have no social base, he assured that ODS with its multi agency composition is capable of nipping any security situation in the bud.

BOMBSHELL!!! NIGERIA MILITARY IGNORES THREATS FROM ND AVENGERS – SEE WHAT THEY PLANNED TO LAUNCH IN NIGER DELTA

mercy%2Bjohnson

NIGER Delta Avengers, NDA, have said that President Muhammadu Buhari was free to step up oil exploration in the North East, but should forget about the export of any drop of crude oil from the Niger Delta
.
Meanwhile, the Chief of Army Staff, COAS, Lt. General Tukur Buratai, has said that the military under his command will from this weekend launch Operation Ex-Crocodile Smile to practise Special Forces Troops in Amphibious and IS operations in riverine areas in South-South states of the country.
This, he said, will check criminal activities such as kidnapping, militancy, piracy and other forms of criminal activities. Avengers’ spokesperson, self-styled Brig-Gen. Mudoch, in a statement, entitled, “Your drones won’t stop us,” said that the Federal Government was preparing for a military offensive in the region but using dialogue as a subterfuge.
“Also note that you will not be able to export one litre of crude oil in the Niger Delta. Just intensify the oil exploration in the North-East. As for exportation from the Niger Delta, forget about it because the Nigerian government won’t export a drop from our land.
“The NDA intelligence agency gathered that the said peace talk or dialogue by the Federal Government is a delay tactic employed by the government to enable the drones they ordered arrive latest end of August from the United States.
“This whole thing makes us to wonder what kind of country this is. We can all see that the government is not serious about any dialogue but is only making it seem as if the Niger Delta Avengers are the ones not ready for dialogue. “Government can purchase all the drones from Europe and Untied State. It will not stop the NDA from bringing the country’s economy to zero.”

Three persons were shot dead yesterday, during a shootout between hoodlums and some officers attached to the Federal Operations Zone A, Ikeja, of the Nigerian Customs
Service, NCS, at White Sand community in Ijora Badia area of Lagos State.
VIC A VICTIM Three others, among who was a Customs officer, also sustained gunshot injuries. Trouble started, Monday, following a clash between Hausa and Yoruba residents over accusation by the latter that the former had been terrorising the area.
A resident, Tajudeen Shamsudeen, explained that a boy, identified as Ojo, said to be on his way home, was allegedly stabbed to death by some Hausa boys. Shamsudeen said: “For long, these Hausa boys have been attacking people here.
They waylay people, dispose them of cash and belongings. Even rulers of both ethnic groups are aware of the issue.” The attack on Ojo, according to him, sparked a riot during which dangerous weapons were freely used by both parties. But for the timely arrival of policemen from Ijora Badia, the situation would have assumed a violent dimension. 10 persons were said to have been arrested in connection with the unrest.
Demolition Vanguard gathered that demolition of shanties in the troubled community started yesterday morning. While unconfirmed reports had it that it was on the order of the state government, the Hausa alleged that the demolition was carried out in their places of abode only.
While the demolition was ongoing, some Custom officers, who residents alleged were invited by the Seriki Hausa, stormed the community in three patrol vehicles at about 2.30p.m. They were alleged to have fired sporadically to scare off some hoodlums, who were roaming the area.
The hoodlums were said to have resisted the Customs men, who allegedly attempted to stop the demolition, an action that led to a shootout, during which three persons were felled by bullets. One of the bullets from the hoodlums hit a Customs officer. The Customs men then fled the scene, heading towards Apapa. As at 5p.m., Vanguard gathered that the injured officer was being treated at the Lagoon Hospital, Apapa, with two police patrol vans stationed within the hospital premises. One of those hit by a stray bullet was Azeez Tajudeen.
Eyewitnesses said he was first taken to the police station for a police report, before being rushed to an undisclosed hospital. Police story Confirming the incident, the state Police Public Relations Officer, Dolapo Badmus, a Superintendent of Police, however, said only one person died, while two others are recuperating in the hospital.
She said:”The community and the police were on a joint operation of raiding black spots within the community and arresting suspected criminals yesterday. “In the process, some officers of the Nigerian Customs Service officers, who were with officials of the National Emergency Management Agency, NEMA, had an encounter with some of the hoodlums.
“They fired some shots and three people were hit. As a result, one death was recorded, while two others are receiving treatment in the hospital. Policemen are not involved.”

NIGER-DELTA Avengers, NDA, has said that President Muhammadu Buhari was free to step up oil exploration in the North East, but should forget about export of a drop of crude oil from the Niger
Delta.
Spokesperson of the militant group, self-styled Brig Gen Mudoch, in a statement, entitled, “Your drones won’t stop us” alleged that the federal government was preparing for a military offensive in the region and using dialogue as a subterfuge.
“Also note that you will not be able to export one litre of crude in the Niger Delta, just intensify the oil exploration in the North East. As for the ones in the Niger Delta, forget about it because the Nigeria government won’t export a drop from our land,” it said.
The statement read: “The NDA intelligence agency gathered that the said peace talk or dialogue by the federal government is a delay tactic employed by the federal government to enable their purchased drones that are said to arrive latest end of August from the United State.”
“This whole thing makes us to wonder what kind of country is this. We can all see that President Buhari- led government is a fraud. They are not serious about any dialogue and made it seem the Niger Delta Avengers are the ones not ready for dialogue.
“Mr. President you can purchase all the drones in Europe and Untied State. It will not stop the Niger Delta Avengers from bringing the country’s economy to zero. The worse you can do is to kill poor innocent people which the military is good at, but know the Nigeria Economy will suffer,” the group added.

A group, Adaka Boro Avengers has warned south east and south south people to return back to the region as a date has been set for the declaration of the Niger Delta Republic
.
A lot of militant groups have sprung-up in the Niger Delta region vandalising oil and gas pipelines with the Niger Delta Avengers being the most notorious as it has claimed responsibility for bombing of vandalism.
According to Independent, the group specifically called on former president, Goodluck Jonathan, Chief Edwin Clark; King Alfred Diete Spiff; Ankio Briggs; Joseph Eva; Patrick Fufein, Pastor Good, past and present military personnel from the Niger Delta region, present senators and members of the Houses of Representatives to come to Kaiama for the official declaration of the independent republic which is scheduled for Monday, August 1.
The spokesperson of the group, General Edmos Ayayeibo in a statement issued on Sunday, July 24 ordered people from the north and the south west to vacate the South-South before August 1. Ayayeibo also called on the federal government to “move out all military personnel and all government agencies out of the Niger Delta as failure will lead to destruction of military barracks and personnel.”
He also warned that Hausa and Yoruba people who remained in the region after August 1 will have themselves to blame for whatever befalls them. “The Nigerian community is aware of what happened some weeks back after our seven days ultimatum given to the multinational oil companies in the Niger Delta. Every one witnessed how many lives that were lost and how many oil installations that were destroyed,” “We are also using this medium to call on the Niger Delta famous sons and daughters. Pa E. K. Clark, King Alfred Diete Spiff, His Excellency Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, Ankio Briggs, Joseph Eva, Patrick Fufein, Pastor Good, the children of late Pa Isaac Adaka Boro, past and present military personnel from the Niger Delta region.
“Past and present governors from the Niger Delta, past and present senators and Houses of Representatives members. “Finally all sons and daughters of Niger Delta Republic to come to Kaiama for the official declaration of the Niger Delta Republic.” The threat of forced eviction has however been dismissed by leaders of the Hausa and Yoruba communities in the region. Mallam Rabiu Abdulraman who is the leader of Hausa youths spoke in the Igbudu area of Warri where he said that while the Ijaw militants had the right to agitate “for whatever they claim to be their right, they should also remember that other law-abiding Nigerian citizens who believe in the unity of the country have their rights to be protected and live in any part of the country of their choice.”
Mr. Abiodun Oguntomisin, a Yoruba youth residing in the region said the group had no right to chase Yoruba people from any parts of the country. He said that the Yoruba also have militant group in Nigeria known to all and warned the Niger Delta militants to rethink their decision. He accused the militants of being selfish and that “nobody will benefit from this unbridled brigandage of the Niger Delta militants. Their leaders and our so-called human rights groups should call them to order now instead of keeping quiet in the face of the wreckage they are causing the nation because of imagined or perceived marginalisation by successive governments.” The group has earlier shown interest in teaming up with the Niger Delta Avengers to destroy more oil installation in the region.
